The admissions department recognized that I could actually read and write so they let me come here! Other people just promise to have their dads pay the $30,000 a year and they tend to get in.

Very easy. All you need is a decent GPA and ACT/SAT scores. Send a resume of work experience if you're borderline or nervous you won't get in. Apply early.

To get into UT I wrote a good essay and had a GPA of 3.4
